Citing a website - (this means you didn't take advantage of the databases that provide the MLA citation):

Gather and list the following elements from the website:

  • The author of the article or page (Last name, First name).

  • The title of the article or page ("Title or page heading in quotes").

  • The title of the website.

  • The name of the publisher,

  • The date the page or site was published.

  • The URL.

  • Date of Access.

Format of website citation: Last name, First name. Title of the Article or Individual Page. Title of the website. Name of the publisher, Date of publication, URL. Date of access.

If you can't identify 2 or more elements, this is not a source that should be consulted and used in your project.
